Shana Link, MA, LPCC
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor 

Shana Link is a LPCC providing teletherapy to clients located in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She works with teenagers and adults. Her clinical focus is on OCD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, social anxiety, and identity development. 

 

Shana draws from a variety of modalities including Exposure/Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Compassion Focused Therapy. 

 

In her free time, Shana enjoys walks with friends, mountain biking at local trails, being in nature, simple adventures with her two kids, and dreaming of one day owning a tiny house in the woods.
