Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Counselor
Michelle Huber is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who embraces a holistic and dynamic approach to cultivating wellness of mind, body, and spirit.
Passionate about helping others navigate the challenges and growth edges of their lives toward healing and greater well being, she draws from a rich mosaic of perspectives, practices, and methods, including traditional cognitive behavioral and psychodynamically oriented therapies, the neurophysiological trauma-informed therapy of brainspotting, mind-body and eco-based modalities such as qigong, meditation, and shinrin-yoku, the use of the expressive arts, archetype, story medicine, and a multifaceted spiritual lens.
She partners with individuals, couples, families, and groups from a place of non-judgement, compassionate presence, and deep respect for the wisdom residing within everyone, each with their own unique life experiences. She strives to empower clients to find their way to greater insight and clarity, build skills, discover hope, bring more balance to life, cultivate peace, and experience a sense of coming home to one's self.

Michelle enjoys working with a broad range of client concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, loss and grief, anger, relationships, challenges related to the neurodiversity of autism, stress and burnout, life transitions, sobriety support, and cultivating life practices for greater well being.
She also enjoys being close to nature, creating nourishing spaces, writing, reading a bit each day from stacks of books, and spending time with her family and friends.
